At Stanley House, after we’ve prepared and served breakfast for you every day, you are welcome to then make full use of our open plan kitchen and dining room to prepare your own drinks and snacks. We even keep a well-stocked Open Larder containing all the basic essentials you’ll need, so no need to drag milk, bread and tomato sauce with you!
We keep our open larder stocked up, and its contents are available to our guests at no extra charge. Our two large larder cupboards and large fridge are packed with all the basics you’ll need which include:
- Sliced bread – white and wholemeal
- A selection of jams and marmalade
- Heinz tomato ketchup, brown sauce, mustard, vinegar, mayonaise, chutney, branston pickle and chilli oil
- Heinz baked beans and spaghetti hoops
- Soup
- Butter, oil and Olivio
- Sliced home roast ham
- Medium cheddar cheese
- Eggs
- Milk
- Tea – builders, assorted herb and fruit, Assam, Lapsung Suchon etc
- Coffee and hot chocolate
- Orange juice, apple juice and tomato juice
- Fruit cordials (orange and/or blackcurrant and apple)
- The necessary for a virgin Mary (celery salt, Tabasco and Worcestor sauce)
