* The Two-Bedroomed Family Suite consists of two rooms (twins or doubles) and a private bathroom;
**price is based upon a family of four (2 adults and 2 children under 15 years old) staying.
***price is based on four adults sharing.
An extra bed can be added to one of the rooms for £25 per night to include breakfast.

All prices are per person unless otherwise stated, and are based on two people sharing. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

* Special breaks are subject to availability and on selected weeks only.

Travel Cot available by request at time of booking - £5 per night.
Dogs by prior arrangement only - a maximum of two in any room - charged at £5 per night.

Please note that for Friday and Saturday nights, there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights, and on Bank Holidays there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. Easter, New Year and at certain other times there may be a minimum stay of 4 nights - please ask.

Occasionally and usually only at the last minute, we will accept single night bookings at weekends.

The rates above are applicable if booking directly with us; you may find our rates - and be able to book - elsewhere where the prices charged may be higher due to fees payable. We apologise for this.
